Headed to a helicopter bound for Anbar, so I'll have the follow-up interview post up within a day or so.

In the meantime, if anyone has any coverage suggestions or burning questions regarding the Iraqi police in Fallujah and their Police Transition Team advisors, feel free to e-mail or comment.

I'd like to know if the obstacles to developing the police force are as formidable as they appear in this article.

Be safe!

I woke up this morning...stretched and yawned for a while and then headed out to Dunkin Donuts for my morning coffee. Then, returned home and screwed off, doing practically nothing useful the rest of the day.

Meanwhile...you're on the adventure of a lifetime, and out to make a difference while you're at it.

Some do, and some only dream of doing.

Damn.

My mind boggles at the thought of it.

Anyone seen Jamil Hussein?

Bill,
Coverage on Michael Yon's blog and others shows a distrust among the populace for Iraqi police and general support for the Iraqi (and US) army. Can you comment?
