And by the way, what compelling basis for abuse allegations causing her death were there? Other than that you don't like Michael Schiavo's actions after the fact? Cardiac arrest is not something that's auto-associated with abuse, and you default to assume that the physicians that examined her at the time of her collpase did an incompetent job in ascertaining obvious causes of her attack (evidence of severe trauma about the chest, for example).

So no, it does not all boil down to whether or not you trust Michael Schiavo, it boils down to whether you distrust the police, doctors, guardians and other individuals involved in the case from start to finish. I don't have unwavering faith in them, but I'm closer to that than defaulting the other way.
