Bah! We've had tiny cows here in Iowa for a long time. Some Johnny-come-lately in Maryland gets a mini-cow and all of a sudden you east-coast folks think you're on to something. Maybe Castro can put the boys to work beating us to the development of a digital wristwatch while he's at it.
