I'd like to see Alito tell the Schumers, Kennedies, Boxers, et al, that it's not the SCOTUS's job to make policy -- it's yours. But then, what would their incentive be to do so? They like it the way it is, because their appointed-for-life proxies can take the heat without losing their jobs. Still would be nice for him to call bullshit on these guys.
