Yes. In that regard, it's not entirely random. The first one may have been random, but this conversation, while about a random conversation, is not random itself. The first conversation is random, but the documenting of it creates a definite point in space-time for future non-random references. Still, this post could be seen as a "random conversation," because it is a discussion of a previous random conversation and this "random" does not refer to the contents of this conversation, but to the actual topic of conversation (a previous random conversation).
