How To Not Get Blogrolled, Ever

I just received the following curt instruction from "Publius Nexus:"

The Political Writings of Publius Nexus

A commentary on the United States of America by a political moderate and future politician.
The kicker being the fact that not only does Publius Nexus not have INDC Journal listed on his blogroll ... he doesn't even have a blogroll.
I wish this fellow luck with his "future politician" ambition.
UPDATE: I guess I killed his blog.

That's an awful lot of effort to not get blogrolled. I'm doing the same amount of work with less effort.

I agree. If someone is going to beg for a link, the least they ought to do is have you up on their blogroll. Which, ahem, I seem to have done.....

Hey! I should do that! He sure got a bunch of publicity via a front page post which actually gets a higher return of visitors in the short term.

mcg, Lol! I didn't even bother clicking on it... I guess the question to ask Bill would be whether it was there when he posted this or when he orig got the email.

The 'sphere is a dangerous and unpredictable place. You are on my blogroll, for example; I am not on yours. Balloon Juice recently added me to his blogroll, and then removed the trackback feature altogether, so I can't ping him anymore. You can't get to me by continuing to ignore me. I'm going to keep reading you anyway.

Jeez. Emailing people just to get ignored sure is a lot of work for zero results. I can take a nap and get ignored, while waking refreshed and ready to go. What a dope.

did it ever occur to you guys that he was so embarressed that he simply changed his url name ... especially with all this bad publicity , he may have felt shame ...hahah opps , sorry but hey everyone plunders sometimes but its still funny , and I do it all the time , so I say its ok to laugh at ones self ... too bad for this guy though, he shouldn't have taken this so hard ...
