INDC Journal: written at an 11th-grade reading level.*

* According to the Gunning Fog Index; Flesch-Kincaid puts me at a 7th grade reading level. Though apparently, my "Flesch Reading Ease" score of 62.40 means that my writing is very readable:

Flesch Reading Ease
The result is an index number that rates the text on a 100-point scale. The higher the score, the easier it is to understand the document. Authors are encouraged to aim for a score of approximately 60 to 70.

Yippee, I'm getting through. Full results:

LOL

I'm surprised that he scored that high; the program must not check for proper syntax.

Ah ha! So my lame comments are appropriate after all?

The Guardian is college level? Ummm...I find that hard to believe.

The lowest score I could find was hundredpercenter.blogspot.com (Flesch-Kincaid Grade 2.26). Of course, using the blogspot URL is unfair since there might be extra points for using gif files.

I'm super-readable, but that's because I'm evidently outputting on a fourth-grade level.

Not sure what that says about me, but I know what it suggests about John Hawkins...
