Lawrence v. Texas being a good example. Regardless of one's opinion on the outcome, the opinion is incoherent.

I can bring this up Bill, knowing I did nothing to provoke such bile, except pointedly (and smugly) challenge him. Neither, am I trying to make you and all Right bloggers complicit in such behavior knowing better, but you'd expect better from such a popular blogger.
