The Wall Street Journal is hawking a new newsletter:

Political Diary, edited by Holman W. Jenkins Jr. and featuring John Fund, is a subscription-based e-mail newsletter offering commentary and analysis on American politics from a perspective only The Wall Street Journal's Editorial Page and OpinionJournal.com can offer.

Check it out.

Bill: have you been on an Andrew Sullivan-sized hiatus? Opinion Journal has been soliciting subscriptions for Political Diary for months and has even run some daily diary entries when Taranto takes a day off.

Go back to your hibernating and we'll tell you when Punxatawny Phil returns.

I don't read it and they just signed up as an advertiser.

All that traffic and no sucking-up-to-the-advertiser sense.

The correct answer is: Opinion Journal's Political Diary has just signed up as an advertiser at INDC Journal. I'm thrilled to have them on board and encourage all my readers to check out what Opinion Journal is offering.

The Monk reads Opinion Journal every day. Hear that Taranto? Advertise with me, I'm a loyal reader! So what if I struggle to get 30,000 hits/month . . .?

'Course, Bill's only helping marginally with that ;-).

The Monk made a mistake: that's 30K hits/year, not per month. Dreaming . . .
