As Scoob points out, the global warming topic at wwww.debunkers.org discussion forum has been talking about the research into the suspicious work of Mann for years now. Before he passed away, John Daly did a lot of yeoman work on skepticism of global warming at www.john-daly.com - a site that is still being updated.

One of the guys who are looking over Mann's work now posts at www.climate2003.com

There has been a lot of very serious commentary on this topic from skeptics for years.

Here is another important item regarding the quality of IPCC's science - specifically a claim by an IPCC report author that hurricane frequency was up due to global warming.
