Another Memogate Break
Posted by Bill ... for some humor: Republicans, however, say Gore's passion on the campaign path has reached an unhealthy fever pitch that could do Democrats more harm than good. GOP strategist Keith Appell likens him to "some kind of cheerleader on acid." "Some of the things he has said have been outrageous and he says them in this high-pitched scream," Appell said. "I really don't know what to call that." Oh yessssss, that's the stuff. Sweet nectar of Gore! Those Republicans need to shut up. You need to know who your friends are. Let Gore be Gore! Posted by: David [.net] at September 13, 2004 04:02 AM Gore but for the grace of God. Posted by: Ghost of a flea at September 13, 2004 04:10 AM Gore is scaring voters. I don't mean by telling bad things about Bush, but this psycho could have been our president! We know Bush. We don't know Kerry. Will Kerry turn out to be another angry, screaming, hissing, cursing Al Gore? Voters might think, better stick with Bush. At least you know what you got! To know John Kerry read his anti American book The New Soldier Posted by: Brian Dupri at September 13, 2004 05:11 AM The only thing Gore had going for him was graciousness in defeat (well, 38 days or so after he first accepted defeat). He has no real pull now except with the Demo base. His performances around the country might be an indication that the DNC/Kerry camp are afraid that Demo turnout will be low. Posted by: Violent Kitten at September 13, 2004 09:56 AM Gore acts like a mentally deranged man. Perhaps he was the one who created those fake memos :) ...after all, he invented the internet, maybe he also invented MS Word! Posted by: Another Thought at September 13, 2004 10:12 AM .... said Gore is "emblematic of happier days" to many Democrats. To me Al is emblematic of someone with some sort of severe brain ailment. Posted by: Wallace-Midland, Texas at September 13, 2004 10:34 AM Al did seem to have grace, once-upon-a-time. then Clinton screwed (literalism intended) him out of his presidency, and he's clearly come unhinged. did algore actually say "sleazy?" yearrggg. money quote: ahhhh. so that's why they're trotting him out and wiping the spittle from his chin. Posted by: tee bee at September 13, 2004 03:50 PM Al Gore??? Haven't I heard that name before? Didn't he used to be somebody famous, like on t.v. or a rock star? Oh well, it's not important, and I have a life to live. Posted by: Pete at September 13, 2004 03:58 PM |
