I Question the Timing of This Photograph

My brother snapped this picture in South-Central Florida on Thursday. The Kerry campaign hasn't issued a statement confirming or denying responsibility for Charley's origin.

UPDATE: No, not this "charlie," rather "Charley."

UPDATE: The Vietnamese government has issued the following statement:

"John Kerry still numbah one! President Bush numbah ten."

I think the blogosphere has missed the comic irony of anti-war poser JFKerry(D) showing the (D) convention in Boston home movie 'recreations' with special effects bullet splashes added, because as the Swiftboat Vets point out, Charlie wasn't there... to be swiftly followed by hurricane Charley blowing hot air through FloriDuh and right up to... Boston.

There is a lot of material there folks.
